Summer Wines: Kotrotsos Moschofilero
Made from the highly sought after grape "Moschofilero", this wine packs a big punch.
Roughly translating to "The Chameleon"(a fitting name), this exotic grape is grown mainly in Greece's Peloponnese region of Mantinia.
At first, the taste is honeyed and crisp. A sweet, buttery floral aroma with a hint of lime zest follows.
On the palette, the wine is dry with loads of stone fruit flavors and ginger, culminating in a snappy, peppery finish.
A rare find, this wine has landed on our shelves and we cannot wait for you to try this on a hot summer's eve. Stay tuned as we feature more delicious wines for the hot summer ahead.
