Οι άνθρωποι λένε πάντα με το παλιό και μέσα με το νέο. Στο Nick's ανακατεύουμε τα δύο.
Καθώς μερικοί από εσάς μπορεί ή όχι να γνωρίζετε ότι μετακομίσαμε σε μια νέα τοποθεσία (η νέα διεύθυνση και ώρες μπορείτε να βρείτε στο κάτω μέρος του ιστότοπού μας ή στην καρτέλα "Πληροφορίες") τον Ιανουάριο του 2018. Μετακομίσαμε εδώ σε μια προσπάθεια να επεκτείνουμε λιανικής και χονδρικής, καθώς και για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών μας. Με μεγαλύτερη βιτρίνα, μεγαλύτερη αποθήκη και πάρκινγκ έχουμε ό,τι χρειαζόμαστε για να πετύχουμε τους στόχους μας.
Θέλαμε επίσης να συνδυάσουμε τη νέα φυσική μας πρόσοψη με μια διαδικτυακή πρόσοψη , καθώς δεν μπορούσαμε πλέον να αγνοήσουμε την ανάγκη να έχουμε διαδικτυακή παρουσία ή τον κόσμο του ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου. Έχουμε επίσης ψηφιοποιήσει πολλά από τα συστήματα και τις διαδικασίες μας για να γίνουμε πιο αποτελεσματικοί.
Ωστόσο, εξακολουθούμε να παραμένουμε πιστοί σε αυτό που ήμασταν για πολλές δεκαετίες όταν το αρχικό Nick's ήταν στην 6η αγορά του δρόμου, και αυτή είναι μια τοπική, οικογενειακή επιχείρηση που νοιάζεται για την τοπική κοινότητα. Όταν έρθετε στο Nick's, θα σας υποδεχτούν με ένα φιλικό γεια και χαμόγελο, και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών στην πορεία.
Φυσικά, ο ατυχής τίτλος για τη μετακίνησή μας ήταν ότι μειώνουμε το υποκατάστημά μας. Ωστόσο, τώρα έχουμε προκατασκευασμένους συνδρομητές και, θα βρείτε τον κύριο Τόνι να περιφέρεται στους διαδρόμους να αστειεύεται με τους πελάτες και να δίνει χρήσιμες συμβουλές για τα προϊόντα μας. Αν και πολλά έχουν αλλάξει μέσα σε λίγους μήνες, δεν έχουμε ξεφύγει από την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών για την οποία πάντα περηφανευόμασταν!
Ο σκοπός αυτού του ιστολογίου είναι να δημιουργήσει έναν άλλο τρόπο σύνδεσης με την τοπική μας κοινότητα. Θα δείτε αναρτήσεις σχετικά με ιδέες και προτάσεις από τον κ. Tony ή τον Coach Mo, ή άλλους χρήσιμους πελάτες… ώστε να μπορείτε να βρείτε τρόπους να χρησιμοποιήσετε τις μοναδικές προσφορές προϊόντων μας. Θα δημοσιεύσουμε επίσης ιδέες για ελληνικές συνταγές και άλλα διασκεδαστικά μεσογειακά πράγματα. Μείνετε συντονισμένοι λοιπόν!!
